Community School

Eisenhower is a Community School

Community School All working together

What is a Community School:

Community Schools is a strategy that brings together staff, students, families, and community partners to create the conditions every student needs to thrive. This whole-child approach supports not only academic success, but also the social, emotional, and physical development of each student by connecting students and their families to community resources and supports.

The Community Schools Coordinator acts as a facilitator, bringing all voices together and ensuring everyone is heard. By fostering a welcoming, safe environment, actively listening, and using the data we collect to guide decisions, we continue to build a stronger, more connected school community that supports all families now and into the future.
